Summary

MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG always aims to offer products on its respective markets that are economically interesting for its customers. These products therefore incorporate innovative technology that ensures maximum driving comfort and also guarantees compliance with statutory emission limits. For example, AdBlue®-free technology was offered for all MAN series even before the EURO IV legislation came into force. This technology was based on an internal engine solution with external cooled EGR and a PM-Kat® filter. This solution was extremely wellreceived by our customers since the known benefits did not result in any detrimental effects on operating costs compared with SCR technology.
