Public transportation:
The City Airport Train (CAT) is the fastest connection from the airport to Vienna city center (Wien Mitte, connection U3, U4, S-Bahn) and runs every 30 minutes between the airport and the city center from 5.37 - 23.38 hrs. or vice versa.

After creating an ÖBB account, you will receive a discount of 22% on the ÖBB standard price in Austria or 10% on the international standard tariff as well as a special price for the ÖBB Nightjet when booking.
It should be noted that each person must create a new ÖBB account specifically for this event. An existing ÖBB account cannot be used because each email address can only be used once in the ÖBB booking system. The offer cannot be combined with other discounts. Your customer account will be automatically deleted after the end of the symposium and therefore after your return journey. Please note that the respective ÖBB cancellation conditions of the selected tariff also apply if the event is canceled. You will receive the information for the exact process and booking conditions during your reservation.

If you travel to the conference centre by car, there are only a few parking spaces available directly on site. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve parking spaces in advance. Please note that only special zones on site are reserved for the Motor Symposium. Our staff on site will be happy to help you.
If you can't get a parking space on site, there is a parking garage within walking distance.

Since parking spaces in Vienna's city center and at the symposium location are very limited, we recommend using public transport during the symposium days. The "Wiener Linien" offer a well-developed network of subways, trams, express trains and buses. The tickets are valid for the entire city center (except trips to and from the airport).
You can easily book various tickets (24/48/72 hours or several days) online in advance.

Hotel
We have pre-reserved hotel allotments for you in hotels of various categories within walking distance of the event location. Hotel rooms are booked directly through the hotels on a “first come – first serve” principle. We recommend booking in good time.
