Advertising Options

For the presentation of your company at the International Vienna Motor Symposium, we also offer the following additional advertising options.
Advertising slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sponsoring of a Student Registration

In 2026, students with excellent academic sucess will again have the opportunity to participate in the Motor Symposium free of charge.

Companies have the opportunity sponsoring the costs for a free student place of € 2.325,- (excl. VAT)

Sponsors of student registrations will be listed with their company logo in alphabetical order on our website, on the information screens in the conference center during the event, and also in the printed programme booklet available on-site.

Programme Booklet and Conference Papers

We can offer a company exclusive advertising space in the final programme booklet and in the lecture proceedings.

Programme Booklet:
The advertisement will appear on the inside of the front cover of the programme booklet.
All symposium participants will receive a printed copy of the program booklet on-site during the event.

Conference Papers:
The advertisement will appear on the inside of the front covers of the three lecture proceedings.
The books will be made available to all symposium participants in digital format. In addition, a limited print run of up to 200 copies will be available for purchase by participants.

Price for both advertisements: €14.900,- plus 5% advertising tax and VAT

Information Screens

The advertising will be shown on the information screens in the congress center on both days of the event. Info-Screens are large-format screens in the premises of the Hofburg Vienna Congress Center. In addition, where possible, the advertisements will also be shown on the presentation screens in the lecture halls.

Total of 8 monitors
Duration: 30 seconds
2 days = at least 14 times
Coffee breaks: 2 times in all coffee breaks (at the beginning and end of the break)
Lunch breaks: 2 times during the lunch breaks (at the beginning and end of the break)
Additionally: Thursday at the end of the event and Friday before the start of the event
Advertising can be placed in the following formats:
Video (mp4, format 16:9, HD resolution, no audio)
Static graphics (PowerPoint presentation format 16:9 or high-resolution graphics)

Price: € 1.400,- plus 5% advertising tax and VAT
We are happy to grant a discount of 20% to companies exhibiting.
The ranking of the advertisings takes place in order of the receipt of the bookings.

Web Platform for Exhibitors

In addition to the standard information (company name, logo and contact) on the Web Platform, exhibitors have the option to book the following services to present their company:
The web platform of the symposium provides information on the lectures, the lecturers and the exhibition. From the symposium onwards, the digital congress documents and the videos of the "Virtual Hall" will be available to all participants on the web platform for a limited period of time. After the event, you will also find the recording of the complete lecture programme on site here.

Programme Announcement

The programme announcement for the Vienna Motor Symposium will be sent in printed form to approximately 6,000 employees in the automotive industry (managers, engineers, and technicians), as well as in academia, research, and politics. The programme booklet containing your advertisement will also be available online on our website.

Should the advertisement be printed in full color, the following additional costs will apply:

Logo on Congress Bags

For next year's Motor Symposium, we have decided to produce environmentally friendly conference bags made of paper (natural kraft paper, 160 gsm), as we have in previous years. The conference bags will be produced in a print run of up to 1,200 and distributed to the participants.
