Advertising Options
For the presentation of your company at the 45th International Vienna Motor Symposium, we also offer the following additional advertising options.
Advertising Window on the Information Screens
The advertising will be shown on the information screens in the congress center on both days of the event. Info-Screens are large-format screens in the premises of the Hofburg Vienna Congress Center. In addition, where possible, the advertisements will also be shown on the presentation screens in the lecture halls.
- Total of 8 monitors
- Duration: 30 seconds
- 2 days = at least 14 times
Coffee breaks: 2 times in all coffee breaks (at the beginning and end of the break)
Lunch breaks: 2 times during the lunch breaks (at the beginning and end of the break)
Additionally: Thursday at the end of the event and Friday before the start of the event - Advertising can be placed in the following formats:
Video (mp4, format 16:9, HD resolution, no audio)
Static graphics (PowerPoint presentation format 16:9 or high-resolution graphics)
Price: € 1.400,- excl. 20% VAT and 5% advertising tax
We are happy to grant a discount of 20% to companies exhibiting.
The ranking of the advertisings takes place in order of the receipt of the bookings.
If you are interested, we ask you to book by 20 March 2024 at the latest, the deadline for submitting the files is 27 March 2024.

Additional Bookings for Exhibitors
In addition to the standard information (company name, logo and contact) on the Web Platform, exhibitors have the option to book the following services to present their company:
The web platform of the symposium provides information on the lectures, the lecturers and the exhibition. From the symposium onwards, the digital congress documents and the videos of the "Virtual Hall" will be available to all participants on the web platform for a limited period of time. After the event, you will also find the recording of the complete lecture programme on site here.

Price: € 425,- + 20% VAT - Product information (Graphic and short description text & PDF and Web link)
Price: € 480,- + 20% VAT per product information - Image- or product video
Price: € 480,- + 20% VAT per image video
