Information for Speakers (Virtual)

The 47th International Vienna Motor Symposium is planned as a 3-day face-to-face event from 22-24 April 2026.

Deadlines for Virtual Speakers 2026

31 January 2026:
Submission of the lecture text as a pdf for publication in the symposium proceedings. A template you can find here, opens new window.
Submission of the CV of the lecturer in German and English. Such CVs should consist of maximum 20 lines (maximum of 1,500 characters) as well as a portrait photograph in a printable resolution (min. 7 by 9 cm, 300 dpi). A template you can find here, opens new window.

2 April 2026:
Submission of the video in English language.

Registration and Participation

Virtual speakers receive free access to the Motor Symposium web platform with all videos, recordings and documents, but there is no free participation in the Motor Symposium (face-to-face event).
If you want to be present at the face-to-face event, we ask you to register as a regular participant. Further information for the registration can be found here.
