Information for Exhibitors

Price
One exhibition staff can be registered free of charge for every 10m² of exhibition space booked.

Registration as an exhibitor includes the reception and exhibition opening on Wednesday, lunch on Thursday and Friday and the evening event on Thursday after the symposium. Please note that exhibition staff does not have access to the symposium lectures and does not receive the conference documents.

Registration for the Motor Symposium
You may register exclusively online via the registration form. Each participant must fill in a separate form.
Exhibition staff will receive detailed information on registration and the registration link in time before the Motor Symposium.

Confirmation of Registration
After completing the online registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation automatically generated by the registration system that we have received your data. If you do not receive this confirmation, the registration was unsuccessful and we did not receive your data. Please note that this e-mail is NOT a confirmation and does not entitle you to participate in the Motor Symposium. You will receive a confirmation of registration authorizing you to attend the symposium a few days after the registration.

Day Tickets / Ticket sharing
There are no day tickets available. It is not possible to share the registration between several people.

Replacing a Participant
In the event that a registered participant is unable to attend the symposium for whatever reason, a person replacing him or her may be nominated free of charge.
