Information for Media Representatives
The 45th International Vienna Motor Symposium is planned as a 3-day face-to-face event from 24-26 April 2024.
For decades now, the Vienna International Motor Symposium has been a landmark on the international conference scene. Year after year, the technical press and other media have shown unflagging interest in this conference, such that, despite the large number of places we always reserve for media representatives, not all wishes for potential participation can be accommodated.
Registration and Participation
Please bear in mind that on-site accreditation (on the days of the symposium) IS NOT POSSIBLE, without exception.
We kindly ask media representatives who want to participate in the Motor Symposium to contact email@example.com.
If your accreditation is accepted, you are entitled to participate in the symposium free of charge, incl. a complete set of the symposium documents.
Registration for the Motor Symposium
You may register exclusively online via the registration form. Each participant must fill in a separate form.
Media Representatives which have been selected for participation, will receive detailed information on registration and the registration link in time before the Motor Symposium.
Confirmation of Registration
After completing the online registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation automatically generated by the registration system that we have received your data. If you do not receive this confirmation, the registration was unsuccessful and we did not receive your data. Please note that this e-mail is NOT a confirmation and does not entitle you to participate in the Motor Symposium. You will receive a confirmation of registration authorizing you to attend the symposium a few days after the registration.
Lecture texts in electronic form are included. Lecture volumes in printed form can be purchased for an additional fee.
All registered participants, speakers, students and media representatives of the International Vienna Motor Symposium receive access to the Motor Symposium's Web Platform.
From the symposium onwards, the digital congress documents and the videos from the “Virtual Hall” will be available in this area for a limited period of time.
After the symposium you will also find the recording of the complete lecture programme here.
You will receive information about your login details via email a few days prior to the event.
