Summary

I am pleased to be speaking to you to today as the Executive Vice President Research and Development of Porsche AG. And I am also pleased to be reporting to you what I have been up to recently: I was in Nardò driving the future of the sports car – the Porsche 918 Spyder. And I can promise you that it was very impressive. The formula is: maximum power and minimum fuel consumption. I'm sure that you now want me to add some more detail – but bear with me for a little longer. As ever, the best is kept for last. We are all faced with major challenges. In future, more even than today, the central topic will be improving efficiency. A future, which we at Porsche are looking forward to and for which we are superlatively prepared. Because efficiency was and is part of our history. It has made us what we are today: the manufacturer of sports cars that sets standards worldwide.
