The International Vienna Motor Symposium
takes place annually under the leadership of the founder and Chairman of the Austrian Society of Automotive Engineers (ÖVK) Univ.-Prof. Dr. Hans Peter Lenz and is one of the worldwide leading events of this kind.
At the International Vienna Motor Symposium, more than 1,000 decision-makers from the most important enterprises of the worldwide automotive engineering industry meet together. The two-day programme offers a variety of ground-breaking lectures and allows sufficient time for exchange of opinions and networking.
This top-level lecture programme is accompanied by an exhibition at which leading automotive and component companies present latest technologies and developments.
An extensive cultural programme for participants and accompanying persons completes the event.

We cordially invite you to submit lecture proposals referring to the following main topics for next year´s 39th International Vienna Motor Symposium 2018.

Latest Congress Papers
The 38th International Vienna Motor Symposium took place from 27 - 28 April 2017 in the fully booked Congress Center Hofburg Vienna. All the lectures of this top level symposium are published in the “Fortschritt-Berichte VDI”, in two volumes, and are obtainable from the Austrian Society of Automotive Engineers at a price of € 220.- plus mailing costs.
A USB Stick with all lectures available in English is also included.
