Summary

The Audi of the future will drive itself when we want to use our time in the car more productively. It will drive emission-free with synthetic, non-fossil fuels or electrically with batteries or fuel cells. The passengers will have an online platform in the car with which they can organize their digital day – either professionally or privately – with information, entertainment and practical new services that make their mobile lives easier. In his speech at the opening of the 2017 Vienna Engine Symposium, Audi CEO Prof. Rupert Stadler explains how he is transforming the Audi premium brand into a digital car company. Changing customer expectations are creating new occupations and new business models. Read about the background to the topics of his speech here.
