The 44th International Vienna Motor Symposium is planned as a 3-day face-to-face event from 26-28 April 2023. If the face-to-face event is cancelled due to Covid, a virtual event will be held to which all participants will be rebooked.
As of December 2022 you will find a brochure with information on the design of lectures, lecture texts and videos at the International Vienna Motor Symposium as well as a format template.
Contributions made by university lecturers may be subjected to a peer review process if this appears desirable. This peer review process is conducted by the WKM (Scientific Society for Automotive Technology and Engineering), a registered association.
Your lecture text will be published in the Proceedings of the International Vienna Motor Symposium. The lecture texts are written in English.
From the date of the symposium onwards, your lecture will also be available to participants online.

German-speaking speakers in the face-to-face sections are requested to present in German.
The lectures will be simultaneously translated German / English or English / German on site.
The presentation of your lecture takes place via your own laptop or a laptop belonging to the organizer. We request you to indicate your technical requirements and any additional equipment you may need for presenting your contribution. You will receive further written information in good time.
